Announcing the Fall 2021 Semifinalists
Negative Space Comics is proud to announce our first ever Comic Book Writing Competition Semifinalists!
Our Fall 2021 Comic Book Writing Competition brought some amazing scripts, and many we think could easily already be on the shelves. Creative, fun, intriguing, engaging, fresh, wild, clean, freaking awesome — these are some words used to describe the scripts that made it into the semifinals!
We had serialized comics, excerpts from graphic novels, a wide variety of genres, and an inspiring collection of diverse writers who submitted their work.

We truly believe these writers and projects are ready to break in and make a HUGE splash in the industry. We couldn’t be prouder of the work we’ve read. Stay tuned, we will be announcing our finalists on February 4, and soon after that, on February 7, we will announce our first ever Grand Prize Winner!
